I am Justice in the night ...
Just a 35 yr old divorcee single parent who has been on Active Duty with the Air Force for 15 yrs as a prior-enlisted commissioned officer currently stationed at Langley Air Force Base, VA. I enjoy playing CoH/CoV and other games on the computer, both on and offline. Just started playing WoW on Uldaman server as a Night Elf Hunter named Lunare and am enjoying the change.

| Jeremy Scot Bannon was born in 1950, the youngest of 5 sons of a Scotch/Irish immigrant family that had come to Paragon City during the end of the Great Depression in the late 1930’s. Early on, he realized he was good at working with his hands and solving puzzles and later earned dual PhD degrees from M.I.T. in Mechanical Engineering and Quantum Physics. After graduating, he joined the U.S. Air Force and flew F-4 Phantoms over Vietnam and was shot down near Dak To by Fifth Column remnants working for the Viet Cong. After sustaining injuries from his crash into the dense jungle of Vietnam, he crawled from the wreckage of his Phantom and discovered that his crash had uncovered a previously undisturbed shrine of some sorts. Summoning courage to evade the incoming Viet Cong bent on capturing him, he enter the shrines in hopes of eluding his enemy. While inside, he stumbled into the inner sanctum of the shrine and noted the pictures and indecipherable writings seemed to indicate this shrine was dedicated to some forgotten goddess of the night, a moon goddess. Noise from his enemy entering the shrine above startled his reverie and he muttered under his breath for something to protect him; to deal with his enemy. An eerie light shot forth from the eyes of the small statue of the moon goddess into his as tendrils of dark smoke swirled up around him then disappearing as if nothing had happened. Disoriented by the light and smoke, the Viet Cong easily overcame his resistance and he was taken prisoner. After years of torture by the Fifth Column, he finally escaped and all of his wounds healed except his scarred face. He refused treatment for his scarred face, stating that he wanted to keep the physical reminder to himself of the evil that was embodied by the Fifth Column. Mystical powers slowly began to appear after his treatment refusal and he soon found that he controlled powers imbued in him by the ancient goddess of the lunar eclipse. He fervently researched all that he could find about the culture that worshipped this goddess while learning to control the powers he had acquired. A warning had been noted several times in his research that those who worshipped this goddess had purportedly worshiped her to the point of madness and sometimes went well beyond the point of vengeance in their pursuits of justice. Bearing this caution in his mind, along with the memories of the evil in this world, he donned the white mantle and mask of the moon to bring all of the Fifth Column and those who would commit evil to justice…as “LunarEclipse.” |
